Hotel Policies
1. Prices and Taxes
All room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes, which are not included in the room rate unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change without notice, though confirmed reservations will be honored at the booked rate.
2. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
Check-out: Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Traveling with Minors
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children at all times. The hotel may impose additional charges for extra beds or cribs where required.
4. Parking
Each unit includes two designated parking spots for the duration of the stay. There is no charge for parking. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.
5. Hotel Events
There are no events or parties allowed on the property. Guests are expected to respect the tranquility of the hotel environment and other guests.
6. Dispute Resolution/Issues
Any disputes arising out of or relating to your stay at the hotel will be resolved amicably through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in California in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own legal costs.
7. Use of Personal Information
The hotel respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. By staying at our property, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes the use of your data for reservation processing, customer service, and marketing communications.
8. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables left in guest rooms or public areas. The hotel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred on the property unless caused by the hotel’s negligence.
*Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver through third-party provider Superhog. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.*
9. No Pets
To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, pets are not allowed on the property. Guests found to have brought pets may incur additional cleaning fees and may be asked to leave the premises.
10. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond the hotel’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
11. Third Party Rights
These Terms and Conditions are for the benefit of the hotel and the guest, and no other party shall have any rights to enforce any of the provisions contained herein, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act or otherwise.
12. Waiver
The failure of the hotel to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the hotel.
13. Severance
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
